I started working on gardens and landscape construction over 15 years ago. Back then I started as a labourer at New Forest Landscaping. I instantly loved working outside and being involved in creating lovely looking landscapes – whether it be an attractive modern driveway and porch or a traditional patio from reclaimed stone.

Due to my motivation to improve my skills and keep working within the landscaping trade I quickly progressed with New Forest Landscaping by learning how to construct effective groundworks and drainage systems and then learning the skills required to cut and install various construction materials from natural stone to man-made bricks and paviers. I wanted more ownership over the landscapes I was creating and luckily my employers could see the potential in me to do more. Subsequently I became a director within the company and progressed from skilled landscaper to managing my own projects from start to finish. This is where I really wanted to be and it meant that I was involved with every part of a huge range of landscaping projects.

As time went on I craved even more freedom and wanted to branch out on my own, hence Paul Cass Landscapes was born. I now work for myself with a close knit team of people I trust. We can build all manner of landscaping products including ponds, water features, dry stone walling, drainage, laying old York reclaimed paving, natural stone paving and driveway installations. We create better landscapes of all shapes and sizes and would love to be involved in your next build.
